St. Pete Logistics Group is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Dump Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering materials for construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy dump trucks safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) records compliant with DOT regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and site foremen.
- Keep the cab and exterior of the vehicle clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with appropriate endorsements (Tanker/Hazardous Materials preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy dump trucks.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of road conditions and safety regulations in the St. Petersburg area.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and sitting for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
