Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26-53 ft) for freight delivery within California
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Ensure proper cargo securement and compliance with DOT regulations
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Manage fuel expenses and optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Current DOT medical certification
