Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your DOT-compliant box truck for local and regional deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading operations with proper equipment handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic trip documentation
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time service
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Optimize routes for efficiency and fuel conservation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of box truck or commercial driving experience
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
