Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local/regional freight deliveries
- Maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Execute efficient route planning using provided dispatch software
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery/pickup operations
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate freight handling
- Submit timely expense reports and mileage tracking
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Proficient with GPS navigation and smartphone technology
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Reliable box truck (24-26ft) in good operational condition
