Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries
- Manage route optimization and timely deliveries
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for load assignments
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Ensure proper cargo handling and documentation
- Submit weekly settlements and mileage reports
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable late-model box truck (26ft+ preferred)
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Basic accounting knowledge for settlements
