Responsibilities
- Safely operate box truck for regional deliveries within Henderson metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for each shipment
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely route adjustments
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of freight using provided equipment
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial box truck experience
- Reliable box truck (2008+ model) meeting all DOT specifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate pallet jacks
- Smartphone with reliable GPS and communication apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum coverage)
