Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your box truck for local/regional freight deliveries
- Manage route planning and on-time deliveries within the Las Vegas metro area
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize load assignments and maximize earnings
- Ensure proper documentation (BOLs, logs, invoices) for all shipments
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and receivers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Reliable late-model box truck (26-28ft) with current registration and insurance
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor on-road repairs
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
