Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport freight within Seattle metro area and surrounding regions
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team and clients
- Manage all documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
- Represent Pacific Fleet Logistics with professional conduct and appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Proof of active USDOT authority or willingness to obtain
- Reliable personal vehicle for non-freight transportation
- Smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
