Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for regional freight delivery
- Manage route planning and on-time deliveries within Henderson metro area
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Communicate with dispatch team for load updates and scheduling
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper equipment handling
- Submit weekly invoices and expense reports accurately
- Adhere to all FMCSA safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year box truck or straight truck experience
- DOT medical certification and current physical card
- Reliable box truck (24-26ft) with proper insurance ($1M liability)
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable internet access
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
