Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of freight within Pittsburgh metro area using your box truck
- Route optimization and on-time performance tracking
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation
- Vehicle maintenance and compliance with DOT regulations
- Strong customer communication and issue resolution
- Collaboration with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable box truck (24-26 ft) in good condition
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and navigation skills
