Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a box truck within San Francisco Bay Area
- Manage timely pickup and delivery of freight across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and digital logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and local ordinances
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Build client relationships through professional on-time service
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance
- Reliable box truck (2008 or newer, 24-26 ft preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area geography
- Excellent time management and communication skills
