Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries (50-100 miles/day)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading operations with provided equipment
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Clean MVR and no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable communication
- Commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
