Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while on duty
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and ensure proper handling of goods
- Optimize routes for efficient delivery and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and navigation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
