Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate company-provided vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage delivery routes using GPS technology to optimize time and fuel efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service during package interactions and address delivery concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or damages promptly
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to load/unload packages securely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the assigned depot location
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required
