Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Load/unload packages efficiently at the facility and customer locations
- Optimize daily routes for timely delivery using Amazon's technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report vehicle/service issues
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon delivery apps
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
