Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Utilize handheld scanners and the mobile app to manage package tracking and status updates.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve delivery issues as they arise.
- Ensure all paperwork and logs are completed accurately at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English literacy for reading addresses and following GPS instructions.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
