Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using provided mobile technology
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle daily to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at the fulfillment center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull heavy items
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
