Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses in designated Chicago routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's mobile scanning system
- Manage package loading/unloading with proper lifting techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must have personal vehicle (van/SUV preferred) or access to insured vehicle
