Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations and Amazon safety protocols
- Load/unload packages efficiently and verify delivery accuracy before departure
- Maintain clean, well-organized delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address inquiries professionally
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight delivery windows
- Utilize Amazon scanning technology to document deliveries and update delivery status
- Adhere to all Amazon DSP policies and procedures for handling packages
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) or valid standard driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with verifiable references
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using Amazon delivery applications
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by Amazon DSP
