Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans) to transport packages within assigned Madison routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using Amazon's proprietary technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions and route communications
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon's safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery efficiency and resolve route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon's delivery technology
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
