Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage delivery routes to meet strict time windows and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any operational issues
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
