Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from the delivery van safely and efficiently to prevent damage.
- Drive along designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Interact professionally with customers to verify deliveries and handle returns or special instructions.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere strictly to all Amazon safety policies, traffic laws, and operational procedures.
- Organize the delivery vehicle to ensure an efficient workflow throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License is required.
- Must possess a clean driving record and pass a standard background check.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile applications.
