Responsibilities
- Drive Amazon delivery vans to deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to ensure timely departures.
- Utilize handheld scanners and delivery management software to track packages and update status.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use a smartphone or handheld device.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
