Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Deliver packages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Obtain electronic proof of delivery for all packages.
- Resolve customer concerns and handle any delivery exceptions professionally.
- Follow route maps and delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging deliveries.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
