As a Driver, you will be the face of Amazon, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. If you have a valid driver's license and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently before and after the delivery route.
- Safely operate a delivery van on assigned routes in and around Plano, TX.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling returns and exceptions with care.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, organized, and maintained in compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon's safety policies at all times.
- Update delivery status in the handheld device (DTC) accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with customers.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
- No prior driving experience required; training provided.
