Responsibilities
- Safe Delivery: Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring packages are delivered with care.
- Route Adherence: Follow time schedules and GPS routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Load Handling: Load and unload packages accurately, ensuring weight distribution is safe.
- Record Keeping: Complete delivery logs and reports accurately at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read a map.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
