Responsibilities
- Deliver packages in a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly manner.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle package exceptions, such as missed deliveries or damaged items, according to standard operating procedures.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log delivery information accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must have a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Basic English language proficiency for reading directions and communicating with customers.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
