Responsibilities
- Safely operate an Amazon delivery van to transport packages to residential and business addresses.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring they are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, delivery routes, and Amazon safety protocols at all times.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers, resolving any delivery issues or questions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow time management guidelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B or Class C Driver's License (CDL not required, but Class B is preferred).
- Achieved a clean driving record for the past 3 years (no major traffic violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for map reading and safety compliance.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, snow).
- Reliable access to a smartphone for route updates and communication.
