Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customer doorsteps.
- Load and unload parcels, ensuring accurate handling of fragile items and correct addresses.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Utilize handheld devices to track packages and manage delivery logs efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon operational standards.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for reading delivery addresses and communicating effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and reliability.
- Ability to use mobile technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
