As a DSP Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior delivery experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to route plans.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring packages are secure and organized.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy delivery vehicle interior and exterior.
- Handle cash/card transactions for COD packages when required.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable access to a vehicle for work purposes if required by the specific DSP location.
