Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vans to transport packages to customer doorsteps and designated drop-off points.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring all items are accounted for and undamaged.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon's delivery policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Utilize handheld devices to scan packages and verify delivery information accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
