Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers along designated routes.
- Practice excellent customer service and handle package handling with care.
- Sort, scan, and track packages throughout the day using handheld devices.
- Report delivery issues and manage returns or exceptions professionally.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift packages and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with handheld technology.
