Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses in Reno and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's scanning technology
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and Amazon's performance metrics
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route challenges
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery scanning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service communication skills
