Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to customers in Glendale and surrounding areas
- Manage package scanning, delivery confirmation, and route optimization using Amazon technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and address inquiries professionally
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and daily inspection protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and ensure on-time performance
- Adhere to all traffic laws, Amazon policies, and local regulations during operations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 70 lbs
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon delivery applications
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
