Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon delivery protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
