Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Operate GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation through mobile scanning technology
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions and address delivery concerns
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions and route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 70 lbs
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and basic navigation technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and flexible hours
