Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize daily productivity
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions and address delivery concerns
- Safely load/unload packages and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route changes or delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with San Francisco geography
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for tracking apps
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
