Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles (box trucks, vans) to transport packages
- Load/unload packages efficiently with proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and GPS routing systems
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Operate in all weather conditions while prioritizing safety
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Portland area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug test required
