Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
