Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently sort, scan, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Adhere to all Amazon DSP policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery scanning
- Pass background check and drug screening
