Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages efficiently from the delivery van using dollies and hand trucks.
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and Amazon safety guidelines.
- Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Interact with customers to resolve delivery issues and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Handle returns, damaged items, and customer signatures according to company policy.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and submit necessary paperwork on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUI in the last 7 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable smartphone (Android or iOS) compatible with route management apps.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
