Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to customers
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Communicate delivery exceptions and resolve customer issues
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
