Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers
- Maintain accurate delivery routes and schedules using Amazon technology
- Load/unload packages efficiently while ensuring zero damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Document delivery exceptions and customer feedback accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class B or higher) with clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- Must be 21+ years old
