Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using mobile scanning technology
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery standards
- Communicate delivery exceptions and customer feedback to dispatch team
- Assist with package sorting and loading operations at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull heavy carts
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery scanning and communication apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable transportation to and from shift location
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
