Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, adhering to the designated route.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery van efficiently, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package exceptions professionally.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the DSP team.
- Follow all Amazon safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies at all times.
- Sort packages according to route and customer addresses before starting the shift.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on the clock.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for route management and communication.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
