Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in accordance with Amazon's safety standards and local traffic laws
- Efficiently load, secure, and unload packages using proper lifting techniques
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or damages
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Arlington area
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
