Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption with government bodies and industry coalitions
- Create policy blueprints for generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Train engineers on ethical AI development methodologies and risk assessment
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into design lifecycles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or policy development at tech companies
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US federal AI regulations
- Proven track record designing practical AI ethics frameworks for production systems
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory agencies
- Strong technical literacy in machine learning development pipelines
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent) preferred
