Responsibilities
- Lead the Research & Development of next-generation Generative AI models, focusing on multimodal capabilities for 2026.
- Architect and optimize large-scale inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical roadmaps into business value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core technology stack.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
