Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development of the 2026 strategic vision, identifying key disruptors and market shifts.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) into our core business model.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with technical leads to translate high-level concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitive landscapes and future consumer behaviors.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or futurism.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI trends, automation, and digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future trends to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating uncertainty and driving innovation in dynamic environments.
