- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of scalable systems that anticipate the needs of the market 3-5 years out.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into actionable business insights for diverse stakeholders, including investors and product teams.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, hiring top-tier talent and mentoring junior architects on long-term tech trends.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech ecosystem to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of shaping long-term strategic initiatives.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technology trends.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and product managers.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
